Pre-ordered an item and wondering when it will come in stock?
The best place to check for due dates is on the product page on our website, we will update due dates as soon as we know of any change. Supplier dates are rarely set in stone so we will be as upfront and honest with you about any changes.
If we receive some stock but not enough to fulfill all pre-orders, we will dispatch on a first-come first-serve basis – and will send an email to everyone unlucky enough to not receive their item confirming the next delivery due date to make sure you are happy to continue with your order.
We do charge for pre-orders at the point of order, not dispatch – think of it as a pre-paid present to yourself!
Please note - if your order includes pre-order and non pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when the last item comes into stock.
If you do change your mind about a pre-order, just let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we will refund your money.
No longer want your order (within 365 days)?
Simple return your item to us and we will refund your order when we receive the item.
Just make sure you pop your delivery note (or something showing your name and order number) in the parcel so we can get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of them arriving.
Want to exchange your item?
Simply return your item to us providing details of the size you require on the delivery note and we will send your new item as soon as possible.
Changed your mind after you ordered?
If you submitted an order but changed your mind? Just let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as it hasn't been dispatched, we will do our upmost to meet your request. Simples.
